MiWay Roadside Assist
Very pleased and impressed with the prompt service received from MiWay after logging an issue for a dead battery. Minutes after logging the issue on the MiWay App, I received a call from Ntokozo Sibeko enquiring about my issue. He promptly confirmed my details and location and dispatched roadside assistance who arrived within 10 minutes. Roadside assist got my car started promptly. I appreciate that Ntokozo Sibeko then called back after roadside assist left to confirm that all was well. Good job MiWay. Great job Ntokozo Sibeko.
