MiWay RoadAssistance : Effeciency, Caring and Responsiveness Displayed.

I just want to thank Ayanda Libala, of MiWay Insurance -for her displaying the 3 most important values of any organization. Efficiency, Responsiveness and Caring. On Wednesday, 26 February 2020 I was driving on the N1 on my way to Bellville and as soon as I pass Mike Pienaar Blvd at night (20:30PM), I experienced a clutch problem when I was changing gears and the car couldn't move. I immediately logged to MiWay APP on my mobile phone for MiHelp Roadside Asssitance.

It did not take even a minute after I pressed enter, I received a call from MiWay , and the lady introduced herself and asked if I was ok, and thereafter she asked what was wrong with the car and how do I need to be assisted. The fact that she cared about my well-being first and then proceeded to ask what was wrong with the car displayed high values of #CARING.

It did not end there, during our conversation she proceeded to take detailed information of how I need to be assisted from point A to B. She then assured me that Road Assistance will arrive soon and drop the phone. Immediately I received an sms confirming MiHelp Road Assistance with a Reference number, the driver's name and contact numbers. The driver contacted me and I did not take long the Roadside Assistance arrived and I was brought to my destination safely. That displayed the level of #EFFIECIENCY.

The communication between clients was more clear, and they responded quickly and I did not have to panic as it was already at night. She made me to calm be calm. That was excellent #RESPONSIVENESS.
