Miway - Road side assistance Case

Hi, I phoned Miway for road assistance at 11:47am on the 28/05/2020 and was put through to Kwandile Khanyile within seconds. My battery was dead, due to waiting a long time outside the Vets office. My case was registered at 11:48, received the SMS that the case was raised within a minute. A confirmation email was sent with thedetails of the person that is on the was from First Help. Rooi from First Help was there within 5 minutes and sorted my issue out.

Thanks a lot to Kwandile Khanyile for assisting me on the phone and processing the case so quickly. This was done very professionally and promptly.

Did not expect the assistance to be so quick, My issue was sorted out totally within 5-10 minutes.
