MIWAY RIPPING US OFF!!!

Just updated my parking address from on building to the next building 2 roads down and my premium jumps up. I am really not happy with the service I am getting from way. It was good in the beginning, but to pay R200 more just to move your car park from one secure location to another is ridiculous. It's 3 roads down. Same area. Same security parking with booms and access controlled. PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE.

Then the agent was very blunt as well. Telling me my premiums will increase from October 25 2019 due to me being high risk. LOL I had to laugh. What high risk? She even went as far as too saying it's due to the claims I made. What claims? I never made one claim on my comprehensive cover.

And to top it off. The MIWAY policy was even worse. Telling me you only deal with scratches. When it clearly says DENT, SCRATCH and CHIPS. How can I trust you with my insurance if your staff doesn't even know the products. Please go review the chat I'm sure you will laugh with me too.

Please reevaluate my account. I want to pay the same premium as before today's change and If my premiums are going to increase due to me being a high risk for no reason, please cancel my insurance. I'll be looking for another one.

I would like to know what my new installment will be from the 25th of Oct. and please email me why I received this dismal service.
