miway ripping me off
i got a quote for my 2013 ford focus from my and home content for R712.98 which i accepted ,then i took my car for inspection to pg glass ,then pg glass said it's a 2012 model so i called miway to change to model to 2012 then my premium become more for a year older car ,then i went to ford and traffic dept to get the e natis report to check the year model which turns out it's 2013 ,so i called miway back a day later and told them to keep the 2013 model because pg glass made mistake ,but now a day later my premium are more R809.01...HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN THAT ....
