Miway Rewards what rewards?

It is ironic that the reason why I was sold to get insurance with Miway was that I saw how seriously they take customers and complaints. When i joined they happily gave me a choice of rewards ranging from spa treatments to magazine subscriptions. I chose a 12-month Cosmo subscription. I have never received a single issue from Miway. I have called the call centre and told I would get a call back, never happened. Called again and could not get answer so I asked for a call back option. Nope never got any call. I have not even made a claim and I am disappointed that you do not keep your promises. Never overpromise and under deliver!
