Miway rewards

Phoned in May 2017 to find out when my rewards was due and was informed that it is due in 2020 which is not correct and requested an explanation. They informed me it was due to an unpaid debit order but there was an unpaid debit of R55 in December 2016.Was not unpaid but in actual fact had the debit returned by the bank because they increased my premium because inspection report was not received. I received an sms notification from miway on the 15th of September 2016 confirming that Miway has received the inspection report. In June 2017 a guy from the call centre phoned me to confirm that the rewards will be paid in November 2017. I phoned today to enquire when payment will be received and was then informed that I no longer have rewards on my policy and that it has been cancelled in January 2017. Again I had to explain the situation and now they have to listen to the recordings to determine if this is in actual fact correct. This is not the 1st time I have this experience with miway. My previous rewards was also held back due to an unpaid debit which was a mistake at miway's side because they never changed my banking details when I changed banks. After investigations my rewards were eventually paid out. *********** people that is not doing what they supposed to do and costing me evertime to sort it out.
