Miway Review Under Covid 19

Yesterday i logged on to my Insurance’s app just to check things and boy to my surprise my premiums went from R1400 to R2001 a (+-37%) increase with a blink of an eye. What makes me angry is that they didn’t send anything to me, i only found out by logging in on the app and tried to chat to one of their consultants got disconnected, and magically after that chat disconnected i got an email with my reviewed documents, i then called in then they transferred to to some guy with a very bad line I couldn’t hear a word. I’ve been with them for a year now and yes I’ve never claimed only called road side assistance twice but the second one i canceled because a friend was able to jumpstart me.
