MiWay Representitive of the year!

Zakheni Shabalala is a lady of her word. I had to change things on my policy and the email took a while to be delivered and she promised that she would phone me. She returned the call to find out if I had received it. I had to ask her to phone me 2 minutes later as I was busy with a client of my own. I thought that I would not hear from her again but she surprised me and phoned me a 2nd time. If I could speak to her everytime I phoned a company it would be an absolute blessing.
