Miway Representative Ramasela

<p>After submitting a request per e-mail to remove an item from my Policy and increasing the insured value of a another I received a phone call from Miway representative Ramasela on 05 April 2017 regarding my request.</p> <p>Even though I find the process of dealing with Miway somewhat of challenge as the process in making even a minor change to the policy results in many questions I have to applaud Ramsela for continuing her task in a pleasant manner and continuing the process despite having to deal with my frustrations being voiced.</p> <p>Well done!</p> <p> </p>
