Miway Rention support

I called Miway to edit my policy two weeks back and ensure my swimming pool was on the document. At the time the Jnr consultant said my policy would increase by R160.00 which I found a bit high for just including the pool. I then asked them to get somebody to call me regarding that. Although nobody called me I emailed Kogathatso who was previously in retention's and looked after me. He got Nox to call me and she reviewed my policy and not only sorted my issue out but improved my premium. Miway has with great staff like Nox, good service on claims managed to retain my business for 7 years. Service is dying in SA but not with Miway.
