Miway Rejected claim for 3rd party

The On the 2nd off August 2022 my grandson was in an accident with a Miway client she bumped him of his bicycle on his way to school, she skipped a stop sign [Robot was not working] where she took him home and apologized to the mother for running him over on his bicycle. She promised that she will fix the bicycle which she never did, so my insurance phoned Miway to know what is going on they said they have an affidavit from her stating that he drove into her, my insurance then said to them that is is a lie and we forwarded Miway all the corresponding messages between the mother of the child and the Colline lady. Miway then needed the price on a new bicycle and how much the repairs will be on the bicycle that was in the accident. After a while we contacted Miway and they said that the claim was rejected. We wanted to know why? Till to day we had no response from Miway at all. It was not us lying about the accident at all. We just need the bicycle to be repaired. We are the 3rd party involved we are not the one that **** in the affidavit. My insurance even send an email to the CEO of Miway not even he can send us an email back regarding this matter.
