Miway reject my claim

Hi

I have miway miaccidential death and injury policy. I have been on a accident on the 21st of may 2018 and got injured on my leg and breast and and went to hospital. I lodged the claim with miway and provide them with hospital records but they reject my claim, they said because I am not permanently disabled / injured. I am so disappointed because people told me that miway always rejecting claims that's why I cancelled my car insurance with them. I am not encouraging anybody to do insurance with miway

Why they didn't tell me that I will not qualify because I am not permanently disabled. Neo from miway register the claim knowing that I won't qualify, she waisted my time going to hospital for medical records and affidavit knowing they will reject my claim. She shouldn't register the claim in the first place because she knew they will reject it. I don't need any insurance from miway anymore
