Miway refuses to pay my claim

Somebody broke into my house and Stole my 55 inch LED Samsung TV and a Fossil watch. So I tried to claim from Miway because I took out a household contents cover with them. After being interrogated and made to feel like a **** and a ******** by Sean Pye(Claim assessor), Miway refuses to pay my claim. First of all, I had to prove that I bought the stuff that I am claiming for as they asked for receipts and bank statements. So after going through all the trouble of establishing that I actually owned the TV and Watch, Miway rejected my claim because: I was asked to disclose if I had any non-residential properties adjacent to my property and I answered NO! Okay...... What does this question mean? As far as I am concerned I have next door neighbours. So to them I did not disclosed the open field behind my house. But when that question was asked I was probably thinking they are referring to a mall, police station, school etc. I am very unhappy and I want to take this matter further. Is there any Ombudsman that I can take this up with?
