Miway refuses to entertain a simple claim.

I have been trying since 27 February 23 to get an answer from Miway's Mr. Nhlanhla Nkosi as to whether I could reclaim from them the other parties excess that I paid under the wrong impression that I should. I even lodged acomplaint but all to no avail I get sent from pillar to post. If I did not pay the excess Miway would have logically I should be able to caim it back. CLAIM NR. C*** They now just ignore my emails.
