MiWay refuse to pay third party

MiWay is refusing to pay for third party claim. Their client DS Mogashoa changed statements and failed to mention that he is the one at fault. The consultant (Sphesihle Mbuli) responsible for my claim (Claim reference C***) failed to answer the questions I asked around this claim and said they only spoke to their client and because MiWay was not at the crime scene, they don’t know what actually happened and they will go with their clients version of the events. When I referenced that the statement on the AR 102/10/2023 states that their driver is at fault she couldn’t answer.

MiWay has given me the worst service and experience ever and would like people to be aware of the incident and their behaviour which is very unprofessional.
