Miway refuse to pay my claim, but instead cancelled and refund my premiums

MiWay is trying to **** me and avoid paying my claim. Last year I had a civil claim with the service provider who repaired my vehicle without authorization. I took the matter to the MIOSA and the Department of Economic Development who ruled in my favor. I informed MiWay that the vehicle is stationary and they must only cover it for theft and fire, which they did so and reduced the premiums while waiting for the matter to be resolved.

In March 2022 MiWay rejected my claim without informing me, and I only found out last this year in May 2023 after I requested for a claim history, which i wanted to use for reference while doing quotations for other insurances. in May I reported the car ****** to the police which was circulated and only the st********** body was recovered in Cape Town. When I try to submit the claim, they refused to register it and referred me to the one they rejected in March 2022 that it is the same claim. After complaining and lodging a dispute, they sent me a rejection letter which was supposed to have been sent last year already. It states that it is rejected because it is a civil matter. Still, they are not considering that there is a ******** case that the police are investigating for a theft of a motor vehicle under false pretense. They then went ahead and canceled my cover, then paid me back my premiums instead of paying for the losses. How is that possible that they reject a claim and refund me back my premium instead of paying for the loss of my ****** vehicle?
