Miway refuse to listen

I have been with Miway for 2 years now. I have asked them over and over again to NOT contact me at work, or during working hours. I have even taken my work number off of my profile. Yet they absolutely refuse to listen. I constantly have to remind them, then the person on the other side gets quite snotty with me. Secondly, 4 phone calls about life insurance, which I have politely declined yet they still keep harassing me, and refuse to stop calling me about it, when I ask them, they get snotty with me AGAIN. I have also in the recent past queried my car insurance as another company has quoted me R300 less, with the same excess as MiWay. Do you think they have cared to contact me about that? No, they are just happy to take my money each month and ignore my requests, yet are happy to harass me when they feel like it. I think a definite change in Insurance Companies is needed!
