Miway refusal to cancel a Policy contract ***3 and ***0

On the 15th December 2023 @08:56am, I called Miway to give them notice to cancel my cover with and explained to them that 31st December 2023 will be my last of cover, since I've signed a better deal with Dual Direct... Miway (Guy) consultant blindly refused to cancel the policy telling I cannot do such without giving the a chance to re-quote. I explained to him that not happy with their service and I've made up my mind to date they're refusing to give me confirmation cancelation as requested from the 1st of January 2024. I further send them communication on whatsapp to tell them this is my last month having a cover with them buy they are refusing with the call recording or confirmation of the policy ending in 31st December 2023. Actualy I asked them to cancel everything including dent and crach cover, Home content cover and handbag loss cover. But hei they're not taking no for an answer.

Instead of confirmation of termination of the on the 15th Dec we the same day they emailed me "Confirmation of Regular driver" document of which was irrelevant to the discussion. The Hello Petter website doesn't allow me an option to athach this document.
