MiWay refers agressive arrogant contractors

Unfortunately we can not fit the whole story in 1200 characters. this is the short version of what happened.<br> MiWay send a contractor Deon Renney plumbers to our premises to replace a Geyser that was leaking.<br> After continouis attempts to get the replaced Geyser that is also leaking fixed the following happened.<br> The 12th his son came to repair the Geyser again, I instructed him to replace the Geyser of which he turned around & informed me that he is not going to fix the Geyser because he didn't like my attitude. First of all we are bathing in cold water, second the Geyser is working 24 hours because of the leak & costing us in electricity, 3rd the amount of water wasted & what it is costing us is ridiculous. Now how must I convey the message to get the required service & to fix the Geyser so that it does not leak. If they are *********** to fix the geyser, MiWay should send somebody who is competent. Then he threatened me with assault, after he left Deon phoned me swearing @ me & my mother & cursing me. I will open a case against Deon & his son.<br> My mother contacted MiWay today 14 - 08 - 15 & informed them of the problem, now they are sending Deon again tomorrow.
