I would like to commend MiWay on their speedy assistance on Saturday night. <br> <br> My car wouldn't start and we realised it was a flat battery. I requested some roadside assistance via the MiWay App and it was not even 5min when I received the first call to assist me. I was informed of every step<br> <br> The process from when I sent the help request via the App to when the guy from Diverse Towing was done helping me took 1 hour (even though the driver got a bit lost).
