MiWay reacted swiftly from the impact alert my car sent out. In no time at all I received a call from MiWay, an ambulance was on scene, as well as the tow truck. Anthony, from the towing company MiWay contacted was friendly and help. All the MiWay agents I interacted with were also very helpful, both on WhatsApp and via phone call (i.e. Nkele Molele, Nokwanda and Palesa).
