MiWay R400 Challenge ****!!!!!!

So, they called me to challenge me on my current insurance and said they will beat my insurance, after wasting my time, their premium is higher than my premium, so they told me then OK I must send my policy to them because they are not going to take my word for it. So I did that, well they said im going to get R400 if I can proof that my premium is lower than what they told me on the telephone. Now that they got my insurance policy, they just decrease slightly lower than my current premium just not to pay the R400. I think this R400 is just a lie, its just a way so that they can get your policy in their hands and adjust their premium to be just slightly lower than you premium, even though when they did the quote their premium was way more than my current premium.
