Miway R400 challenge

Did a quotation with Miway insurance today (08 June 2021) and they quoted me R738 before doing my home contents, as such the price was more than what I was paying before considering my home contents.My current premium is an inclusive amount of R650,90.When I asked the senior consultant about the R400 challenge,She informed me that first Consultant who called me was supposed to indicate as such about the challenge and I cannot be considered for the challenge . This is the second incident that I am experiencing this treatment.It’s almost 4 months and no one has the decency to at least call and address my complaint
