Miway R400 Challenge

I received a call from Miway Insurance consultant today with regards to the R400 Challenge currently running. The consultant quoted me with an intention of beating up my current premium with my current insurer as per the challenge but he was unable to beat it up with few changes to the quotes. After our telephone conversation he requested my currency policy schedules and I emailed it to with an understanding that its required for them to process the reward of R400, afterwards he called back again and told me he quoted me a gain using the policy schedule ?, okay cool, then the premium were slightly lower than my current premium and this was because my premiums ulare decreasing on a monthly basis. I feel like Miway were still not going to beat up my current premiums but the consultant did everything to try and avoid paying for R400 ?♂️.
