MiWay - R400 Challenge
I received a call from MiWay 2 days ago to take the R400 challenge for a comparative insurance quote to beat my current insurance. Which they have not beaten. I was told to send an e-mail to *** with my latest policy schedule and the guy that phoned me guaranteed that I will receive a response immediately since I qualified for the R400 challenge and he could not beat my current insurance. I have not received any feedback as yet nor have I received correspondence from the guy after the phone call. I am frustrated because that was a waste of time and makes me feel like all of that was just a hoax and **** from MiWay. Pretty pathetic.

Why is nobody reading and replaying to my mail when you guys called me and failed to beat my car insurance on a like for like basis and you guys phoned me to offer me the challenge in which you have failed and now I am ignored?????

26 Jan 2021, 07:56My query has finally been resolved after I contacted MiWay and spoke to a very nice lady who truly helped me and phoned me again by the name of Mbali. However, the rest of MiWay failed to communicate with me either via telephone or e-mail. Thank you Mbali. Just scares me if you have to submit a claim to MiWay, how long will that take? Or will they even communicate and keep in touch with you? Food for thought
