MIWAY - R400 CHALANGE - NIGHTMARE

Hi, I recently participated to a Miway R400 challange couple of weeks ago and I was soo dissapointed by the whole experience. Firstly, the failed to beat my current premiums, secondly, they made silly excuses of how they will not pay me the R400, thirdly, when they admitted that they failed to beat my premium, i was told they are going to phone me to take my banking details, till this day noone has phoned me to take my details. To think that I was even considering changing my insurance if they managed to beat the premiums is just a scary thought. This has proven that that at claim stage Miway will come with stories that you were not advised of at quoting stage so that they can repudiate or reject your claim. I am soo dissapointed with the brand..
