MiWay R400.00 Competition

I received a call from MiWay insurance last month informing me about a competition they were running. They told me that they require my details to give me an insurance quote and if they cannot beat my current insurance premium they will give me R400.00 . I was on the phone with them for 15 minutes as they asked questions and I answered, at the end of it all they could not beat my insurance premium even after they tried three times. After that, I was told to email my premium schedule so that they can pay me the promised R400.00. It has been a month now and they haven't paid me yet. when I call them to inquire they refer me from one person to the other and the person I did the quote with is surprisingly never available. What irritates me the most is that they keep calling me to ask why I did not take the quote they did for me and asking about the service I received but no one is ever able to answer me on the status of the R400.00 I was promised. And wasn't this Outsurance's competition? They stole and idea and now they can't even execute it properly...
