Miway R1000 Challenge

<p>Good day.</p> <p> </p> <p>On Friday the 24th June 2016 a Miway agent contacted me to take on the MiWay R1000 challenge.</p> <p>After assuring the agent they would not beat my current insurance premium, the agent asked me to take on the challenge. I gladly accepted and after doing the quote, they were unable to beat or come anywhere close to what I am currently paying. I was then told to send my policy schedule to ********** so that they could do a like for like comparison. I have sent my policy schedule and I have not gotten any feedback from MiWay .</p> <p> </p> <p>Today, (28th June 2016), another MiWay sales agent called me tryin to get me to do a quote, and when I told her that on Friday I took the MiWay challenge and still waiting feedback because they could not beat my current policy, she took my ID Number and contact details and said she is sending it now to Johannesburg offices and someone will call me back immediately, this was at 9:30am, it's now 1:25pm and still no call from MiWay.</p> <p> </p> <p>I find this very unprofessional for a big company like MiWay to go against their word and not live up to their challenges. Also it is very frustrating that no feedback has been given after having been told someone will contact you.</p>
