Miway R1000 Challenge

Good Day! On the 5th May 2015 I took up the Miway R1000 challenge, the Miway advisor after doing a like for like comparison could not beat my current insurance with Momentum, the excess was double that of Momentums and if he lowered the excess to match Momentum's the premiums would increase substantially, he finally gave up and said I should email my policy schedule to Miway and in 3 days time the payment of R1000 will be made, which I did... I then waited 3 days and nothing??? So I phoned the call centre and they said I should resend it, which I did and still nothing... Is there anyone who has been successfully paid out by Miway?
