Miway R1000.00 Challenge is a joke!

This R1000.00 challenge is a hoax. Only to sit on a phone call for over an hour to be told that Miway cannot beat your current insurance. My current insurance + -R1600 and Miway quoted +-R2800.00. Please will you forward through a copy of your policy schedule. Then all of a sudden I get a phone call telling me they can beat my insurance by +-R700.00. I then ask for a copy of the quotation... But i soon discovered, they did not compare apples with apples. I currently have NO vehicle access, NO access waver and NO additional accesses on certain things as well as gap cover on one of my vehicles. However it seems Miway tried to pull a fast one on me, telling me they can beat my current insurance but with half of what my current insurance is offering! All just to get out of paying me R1000.00 for their challenge. You cannot claim to give me a R1000.00 if you can't beat my current insurance but don't even quote me with the exact same cover as my current insurance! And then still have the audacity to tell me you beat it. And considering i have sent emails querying on this subject and now all of a sudden you can't get hold of anybody. This is unprofessional. Miway is a NOWAY!
