MiWay ... Quickest, most helpful Customer Service

I have Car Insurance with MiWay and was struggling to get my app to work for submission of some information that was required. I called the Call Center and was so grateful to be answered almost immediately. The lady I dealt with whose name is Nkateko Mafanele was so courteous and helpfull. It was such a pleasure to have her be able to assist me quickly without wasting my time by emailing me information to make my submission of information easier. Now this is Customer Service, where you are helped quickly and effortlessly without being asked a thousand questions and being put on hold to be transferred here and there. I am so very happy with the MiWay service. Please keep up the good work and a special thank you to Nkateko Mafanele. You know the best part is I could hear in her voice she was helping me with a smile. Well Done!!!
