MiWay quality of service

I am very impressed with the level of service I received early this morning. I needed a jumpstart asap as I had to get to work. I downloaded the MiWay app, clicked on "Emergency", selected Roadside assistance and Ntokozo phoned me within 5 minutes to confirm location. Roadside assistance arrived within 15 minutes and got my car up and running in 8 minutes. Ntokozo kept me in the loop on ETA and also followed up to make sure everything was in order. Also I did not pay for this as it was part of my comprehensive insurance at MiWay.
