Miway proposing 14.25% increase is standard.

Miway sent me a letter informing me that my premium is going to increase with 14.25% from this month. Current inflation rates is 5.7%. I phoned in, and got put through to a senior consultant, and she informed me that there is nothing she can do, and 14.25% is industry standard. I do not agree, as this must be inline with inflation. They are very helpful in signing you up, but then the increases come. And note, that I have not had any extravagant claims in the past year, on the contrary, I increased my cover and added more items. I would not advise to use them.
