Miway Pro Rata

<p>Hi </p> <p>My insurance premium did not go off on the 1st of the month so we contacted miway to advise them. An agent called back and said that i have two options either they start the premium at a different day or they pro rata the amount from the day she called. Yesterday on the 6th the premium goes off for the full amount. I dont have an issue with the full amount going off however why did they ask me which option i prefer and then disregard it? This was the first premium with Miway as i am a new policy holder...</p>
