Miway premium reduction.

Today the 10/08/2018 I contacted Miway for the review of my policy, this is the second time I called the company about the matter, The first time I called it was In may the lady by the name of Mapaseka (very friendly) told me that my policy was not due for the review as yet as it can only be reviewed in August., She then gave me a discount of 1 month 50% premium discount ( Hmmm smilling). Today I called again to follow up on my review since it was the month of August as per previous conversation with Mapaseka, I spoke to Nthabiseng who spoke to her manager who reduced my premium with R136.00 (Hahahahah!) Nthabiseng then referred me to their senior consultant since I was not happy with the reduction. Dimakatso the senior consultant I spoke to "My word" further reduced my premium with R110.92. I initially got my premium reduced with R246.92. Thank you Miway for such an excellent service, to all the consultants and managers involved. I still have the same policy with same benefits but with less monthly premium. Viva my way.
