Miway poor service

Soooooo disappointed with their service. I bought the car and insured it with Miway while it was still with the dealership. On the day they were supposed to deduct they deducted and reversed the debit, called them and they say it went through and I'm covered. Days later I called them because i noticed that the funds are still in my account. To my surprise I was not covered, had to go inspection with the car I insured on purchase. Did the inspection awaited for the debit , it's been a week , worried even to travel with the car . Then they promised to send me link to pay by myself, I've been waiting for the link for about an hour, . I doubt if I will get help when needed. Very poor service..
