Miway poooooor service

I had a policy with miway which i cancelled last year sometime,yesterday i was trying to get a quote online and could not because it shows i got a existing policy which i dont have ,i have been struggling to get a quote online for 2 days now i have been chatting online been calling in ,now i am thinking if i do take out the policy and it come to a claim will i also get the run around

They contacted me .....i did a quote yesterday online and the amount was R700 and i could not finish the quote because of the app not allowing me ,now they phoned me and its way more ,so now i must pay more because their online app not allowing me to complete the app
