MiWay Policy Updates

Disadvantages: At first, it was frustrating to add a new policy via the App, as a request to contact is sent to MiWay for follow up. Not a very efficient process as the client might need to do an update immediately and not have to wait until someone eventually decides to phone me. Had to ONLY dock one star for this, as it was made simple to cancel a policy though

Advantage The saving grace for MiWay was an agent name Lydia that patiently let me throw my tantrum, then calmly apologized for the inconvenience and went out of her way to assist me....awesome individual and the only reason i kept this rating at 4 stars. My policy is now duly updated as I required....
