Miway please wake up!

Had a look at my Miway Policy Schedule last week, saw that I was suddenly paying much more than before. Contact them and suddenly get a huge discount, not sure why. Yesterday tried to add another car to my policy but the quote was a joke. When looking at my schedule I saw that they were using my son as regular driver on my policy. I have my license longer than he is old so that is the big difference in premiums. After more than a hour, was put on hold for 20 minutes+, the agent said that they will come back to me in 3 days?? This morning my other son contacted me and said that they are phoning him and sending my mail to *** bad service after I asked yesterday to please correct my policy, been with them for more than 8 years but had enough!
