Miway paying only for a fraction of the damages

Additional issues have been found on my vehicle by the panel beater, the vehicle has been with the Panel beaters since December. It was involved in an accident where my wife was pushed off the road by a truck and onto a barrier on the highway. She however managed to get home, I then got a call from the assessment department after checking the car I mentioned I cannot drive the car because the right wheel had also moved out of place may they please send a tow truck which they did to collect the vehicle. The vehicle was collected from my house because it could not be driven. The assessor has somehow reached a conclusion that this damage was not due to the accident.

If the damage is on the rear right because a vehicle was pushed off the road and on top of a slab / paving then why would the right front wheel not go over the paving as well. The other point he makes is because there is no body damage do we need to have body damage for the suspension to move?

The panel beater has mentioned that he has contacted Miway multiple times and after multiple emails letting them know that this is infact accident related. I have had multiple chats with him where I even posed the question to both him and Miway: would this car have been a daily runner with this damage? The answer was no, I have also asked them to please pull recordings between me and Memello which I have not received on these. You will clearly hear me state the right wheel has moved and I cannot drive the vehicle. I have also requested that the initial pictures which were rejected please be sent to me. These were uploaded via the app and rejected because they were too close in one of those. You will see a clear picture of the right wheel with a slight call it 20 degrees.

May we please urgently find a way forward. My car has been there for over two months now.
