Miway pay my uncle what is due to him

A client of miway bumbed into my uncles car after she failed to stop at a “Stop sign”that left my uncle’s car beyond repair.The Client made a sworn statement to the police that she was wrong and failed to apply brakes at the stop sign.She also told my uncle that Miway will cover the cost as the insurer,at first Miway promised to pay my uncle but later Miway legal rep told my Uncle that their client contributed 80% of the accident and my uncle 20% so because of that Miway will not pay my uncle a cent.What a ******* to my poor uncle.Now my uncle has to pay Lawyers to take Miway’s client to court to pay the damages that Miway should have covered as the insurer.I don’t see my self using Miway as my insurer if this is how they deal with claims
