MiWay pathetic service
We have been a client with MiWay for some time, however recently one of our employees suffered a vehicle accident and we processed a claim to have to vehicle repaired. Since last year we have had to continuously phone MiWay to find out why our vehicle has still not been repaired. There is no service to speak of and mails also go unanswered. Disgusting service of which there is none! In the meantime we have to suffer business loss with the vehicle standing at the panel beaters.

08 Feb 2023, 10:33Yet another day wasted after I was falsely informed by MiWay employees my vehicles' additional parts quote was updated and the panel beaters can continue yesterday, only to find out today that it was a lie!!
It is now clear that incompetency reigns champion at MiWay at the cost of my business! I will hold MiWay personally accountable for loss of income as from today as it is crystal clear they are not capable of executing their contractual agreement to me as client.
Furthermore MiWay, your reply messages to this complaint stating you will contact me is also a lie!! No one has contacted me to address this complaint to date! South Africa, do not use MiWay - poor non existent service!!

09 Feb 2023, 13:29Another day passed, still not resolved!! I am continually being **** to by Mi Way employees regarding my claim quotes stating it is fully updated, which is not the truth!!. I then get phoned this today by a MiWay employee following up on my complaint lodged on their website, interrupts me whilst I am explaining as she is not in any way aware what my complaint is about as she had made no effort to conduct an internal investigation before phoning me?? MiWay you have no client relationship ethics and poor internal training as obviously your employees do not know how to handle and resolve complaints or issues. Poor non-existent service!

12 May 2023, 11:19It has now been six months and still Miway has not resolved the issues and my claim on my LDV to date. Miway's staff competency is shocking as they tell me that a vehicle cannot suffer damage on its suspension or drivetrain during an accident???? Since our LDV has been in an accident the engine has started leaking oil and the steering as well. During the claim debacle we informed Miway several times of this matter with no resolve. The respray of the damaged panels was unacceptable and brought to Miway's attention - still no resolve or response. Miway then send an "expert" down to assess the steering leak and engine leak damage, during which time the appointed "expert" removes the instrument cluster without any approval or authorization from us as the owners, whilst the LDV is still at the repair shop we sent the LDV to for the oil leak repairs. This is theft and the "expert" had no right to remove parts from our property! Miway has **** to us, treated us like ******* and now steels parts from our vehicles!!
