Miway panelbeater keeping my car while the premium is still deducted monthly

I had an accident in April 2023 while driving nissan np200 and miway approved the claim and requested that I take my car to their panelbeater for repairs at Hendricks panelbeater in Burgersfort. I was driving my car for a month after an accident without issues just had external damages. So I took my car end of May and after a month when I enquired since there was no communication they told me that they are struggling to get 3 parts in the country. Then 2 months later they managed to get the 2 parts and told me that they are outstanding with headlight so they cannot give me my car. I’ve tried to request for them to assemble my car and give it back but they don’t want to do my car is just parked there for more than 3 months now because of just headlight. Tried to get miway to intervene but they are also not helping, what’s painful is that miway still deduct R2000 of premium while my car is parked at their panelbeater. I’m not getting any communication or updates and when I call the panelbeater they are giving me attitude. I need help to get my car back as it went there still in a drivable mode.
