I’ve loaded a review on the 26 August and it helped me to finally get the attention I’ve been longing for from this insurance. I’m suspecting some foul play with my car that has been with their panelbeater for more than 3 months. I was told that they can’t find the headlight that’s why my car is still with them and they are not allowed to use second hand due to warranty on my car, after hellopeter they now said Nissan said it’s fine to use second hand it won’t affect the warranty, the question is why did they decide without consulting for damn 3 months? Ohk fine now they said they got the lamp and my car is being assembled for which miway confirmed this morning, after a week of thinking that my car is being attended to now they sent a message to say they got the wrong light!!!!! So the plan is to keep on keeping my car at their storage? Why are they having lame excuses to push time while I’m still paying the insurance??? I’m honestly heartbroken
