We had an unfortunate incident that our neighbours' tree fell over in a storm ontonour outbuilding. Our claim was excepted and in less than 3 days everything was finalised. We have been with Miway for 17 years now, and through all the rough patches, when incidents happened, they dealt with in professionally, friendly and timeously. In the Urban jungle, insurance is considered a grudge purchase, but not for a single moment in our 17 ywar relationship have we ever felt this way. It is encouraging to know that, in the unfortunate event of accidents, burglaries and the unpredictability of storms, we have a support system and proper cover supp**** and managed by Miway.
