MiWay orders PIRATE PARTS for your vehicles!!

I was recently involved in a hit and run situation at a local mall parking lot, I contacted my insurance company (MiWay) to have my vehicle repaired. my claim was processed and I was told to take my vehicle to Newcastle Panel Beaters for the repairs to be done to the vehicle. I was told to pay R3500 in excess fees to Newcastle Panel Beaters so that parts could be ordered, it was a minor incident so only the rear bumper, corner panel and outer tail light needed to be replaced. the parts took approximately 2 weeks to arrive, thereafter repairs to my vehicle had commenced. on the 08.09.15 I was contacted by Newcastle Panel Beaters and asked to come in and pick up my vehicle, upon which i had discovered that my vehicle was repaired with ONLY PIRATE PARTS! Newcastle Panel Beaters tell me that this is what MiWay had approved. apparently this was not the first incidents that they have had where a customer was not happy with the work carried out due to the vehicle being repaired with PIRATE PARTS. i spoke to a call center agent who tells me that this is common practice for MiWay. an assessor got back to me and tells me that MiWay Insurance is not obliged to replace with OEM Parts.
