MiWay or you can take the highway…all clients can take the highway!

To say that your service is lacking is an understatement. I have not had a car for over 4 months. You have not rep**** to emails, the claim adviser did not even note emails or conversations o my claim notes…her colleagues read them to me….i wrote a final email last week asking for a supervisor to contact me…the 10th time…no reply , no response. You are absconding all responsibility for my car being written off. You insisted on the pabelbeaters, whose reputation is not squeaky clean, I researched. After numerous times you declined their quote - 3 months in total it eventually got repaired. I had to call and chase daily. Then my car leaves with faulty electrics, gearbox which breaks down and coolant leaking…the list continues. You approve a report from someone Island Motors choose….that is totally bias - if something happened to my car surely you order an independent audit? Since then I had to remove my car at my cost, get a quote myself which I submitted and Nombuso never rep**** too…and have been told - you on your own…the quote to fix the car is 45,000 more then the car value but you also abdicated any and all responsibility to write my car off…this is shocking! I am in Sales and if I tested my clients like this I would have none…clearly their is no management at MiWay cause no one ever called me back? You are running an inferior service and quite frankly the Ombudsman should look into your marketing as it is totally false - shocking service and I have cancelled my house and car insurance…I would never ever recommend you and will share my horrible experience with anyone who asks…you just left me hanging…
