And app that impressed me at first, is now annoying me to no end. I cannot be on the phone with a consultant for extended periods of time because of the work I do. I asked my husband to handle the changes to the policy and they won't allow him to do it. They tell him to get me to use WhatsApp. When talking there, the consultant tells me that they need to call me. I explain again that I cannot be on the phone for extended periods of time. That consultant, Bongekile Mntaka, then says my husband can make the changes. What the heck is going on here? Really? The app used to have a self inspection option and suddenly, the option is not on the app anymore. Why? Was it making your client's lives too easy?
