Miway or the highway

Good day everyone You know I was so happy with miway until I called in to change my debit order date and my banking details

They changed it but are still debiting from the wrong account and THEY are debiting on the wrong date.... Who the hell is going to pay my return debit orders they are a rich company getting money from people but for us poor people every damn cent counts... I sent an email asking them to call me and they haven't what's going on with customer service man pathetic
